Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Delivery Schedule All items that are in stock will be dispatched within two working days. If any items are out of stock, we will back order for you. We will inform you as soon as possible in such cases and you will always have the option to cancel one or more items from your order if you would rather not wait. Items placed on back order are dispatched as soon as they become available normally within a maximum 28 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy On the rare occasion you may need to return a product that proves to be faulty within the guarantee period ensure you follow these steps:
